Gluten-free Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs

-16 oz lean ground turkey

-1 egg

-1/2 cup almond flour (or panko bread crumbs)

-1/3 cup of teriyaki sesame sauce (store bought or homemade)

-1/3 cup finely chopped green onion

-1 tsp of each: ground ginger, garlic powder, sesame seeds


Preheat oven at 400F. In a large bowl, mix ingredients well. Roll mixture into 1 1/2” meatballs, place on baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes. Serve over a bed of brown basmati rice and top with sesame seeds and more chopped green onion. Enjoy!
