Leslie Langevin, MS, RD, CD

My deep love of food and nutrition allows me to work with clients and share this excitement to them in their food choices. Eating better is about eating healing and amazing foods, not just taking out everything you enjoy.

I am a born and raised Vermonter. I attended the University of Vermont for my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition. I love to do yoga, garden and cook. Turning food into a fun vehicle for health is why I wanted to become a dietitian. I believe in balance and moderation, there is always room for some fun food in any healthy food plan. I strive to help patients balance the should have with their food wants and work with clients through meal planning and recipes to help make this happen.

Leslie is a co-owner of Whole Health Nutrition and Author of The Anti-inflammatory Kitchen Cookbook.

Abby Wadsworth, MS, RD, CD, RYT-200

I believe we can all discover a mindful and intuitive approach to eating, fostering a balanced connection with food that nurtures both your body and mind.

I found my love of food at an early age through cooking and experiencing world cuisine as my family traveled throughout Europe and the US. Over my career, I’ve gravitated towards a non-diet approach that embodies intuitive eating and Health At Every Size (HAES). I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor (CIEC) through Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, and a Certified Yoga Teacher through Laughing River Yoga. You can often find me biking the back roads of Vermont, traversing mountains either by foot or ski, or lounging in the garden with our dogs and chickens. I currently live in Winooski with my husband Mark and our two dogs Agnes and River.

Susie Polgreen, MS, RD, CD, IFNCP

How we nourish our bodies can have a profound effect on our current and future well-being. Unlocking the power of nutrition, and using this knowledge to help others optimize their own health is the most rewarding experience I could ask for.

I am an avid traveler who developed a deep passion for food along the way. After noticing that people seemed healthiest in places where food was whole and fresh, I became fascinated with nutrition and knew I had discovered my calling. And while I never stopped traveling, I went on to complete my B.S. in nutrition and dietetics at Russell Sage College in Troy, New York, and my M.S. and dietetic internship at Lehman College in New York City. After years of living and working in New York, I fell in love with Vermont while attending a conference and decided to relocate. I have since earned board-certification in integrative and functional nutrition, which focuses on the individual as a whole and treating the root cause of illness with a systems-based approach.

Gina Rancourt, MS, RD, CD

I love food and I am inspired by the power of food to fuel, nourish, and heal our bodies in ways that truly nothing else can. Good nutrition is our best tool for living healthy and happy lives.

I grew up in Massachusetts then took a roundabout way to settle in Vermont. I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the coordinated program at the University of Connecticut, then received my Master’s degree in Nutrition from Boston University. I moved to Grand Cayman for a taste of the island life then relocated to Denver, Colorado for the complete opposite – snowboarding in the Rocky Mountains. I currently live in Stowe, Vermont with my husband and son.

Gina is available for telemedicine appointments.

Julie Davis, MS, MBA, RD, CD

Nutrition is not “one-size-fits-all” and everyone is on a personal journey with unique goals. My greatest joy is working with individuals to help personalize their nutrition plan and empower them to recognize and understand the preventative and restorative impact of food on their health and well-being.

After working in finance and marketing, I changed course and pursued my life-long passion for health and nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian. I attended the University of Vermont for my B.S. in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science and completed my dietetics internship and Masters of Dietetics at UVM as well.  Although not a true native, I have lived in Vermont for 25 years with my husband, Gary, and our three children.  When I am not cooking for my family (which is rare!), I love to strength train, run and work in my garden. I have a passion for “food prepping” and creating healthy, practical meals to accommodate our family’s active lifestyle.

Sarah Lange, MS, RD

A fueled body is a happy and healthy body

As an avid outdoor enthusiast and advocate for fueling our bodies to perform and feel their best, I enjoy working with clients to meet their nutrition goals, improve their relationship with food, and tackle their next outdoor adventure with snacks in hand. My bachelor’s degree is in exercise science, and after spending time in Colorado and Boston, I returned to my home state of Vermont to complete my Masters of Dietetics at UVM. I now live across the river in Lyme, NH, where you will find me cycling, nordic skiing, running, and swimming in my free time.

Courtney Randall, MS, RD

Nutrition is a powerful yet personal tool in creating a healthy, joyful and fulfilling life. I believe the food we eat can aid us in feeling our best through an individualized and sustainable approach.

I discovered my love for nutrition during my freshman year at the University of New Hampshire while taking an exercise science class, and I instantly knew it was my calling. I changed my major and went on to earn my B.S. in Dietetics at UNH. I then moved back to Vermont, where I was born and raised, to complete my M.S. and dietetic internship at the University of Vermont. I have developed a deep passion for nutrition and feel strongly about helping others create a sustainable, nourishing, and balanced relationship with food. On a personal note, I live in Leicester, Vermont and I love being outdoors, especially downhill skiing in the winter and water skiing in the summer. I also enjoy traveling as much as I can, spending time with my family and friends, and snuggling my golden retriever Holly.

Michelle Tomasi, Office Manager, Certified Health Coach

I'm very fortunate to be able to work in the wellness field, making a positive difference everyday.

After working for a telecommunications company for many years, I decided it was time for a change.  This life change was my opportunity to explore my passion for health and wellness by helping others.  I became a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute.  After completing my certification, I started working in corporate wellness, meeting with employees one on one in helping them achieve small attainable goals, sustainable for lasting change.

Staying active and eating healthy is a must in our home.   I enjoy weekly fitness classes, along with, hiking and running.  I also enjoy cooking delicious nutrient dense meals for my family.  I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge with friends and family, so they have the tools to make healthy choices as well.  I'm very grateful to say I have found my passion and career!

Healthy is not a goal.. it’s a way of life in which we have an opportunity everyday to make changes that will improve our lives.

I am passionate about the healing property of food and what that means for each of us.. enjoy the journey!

I grew up in Vermont but I lived the first five years of my life in Newfoundland. I graduated from college with a major in respiratory therapy and worked several years as an ICU therapist. After several years of being a respiratory therapist I decided to explore a more holistic approach to wellness. I went back to school and became a certified massage therapist and wellness coach. I am passionate about nutrition and the benefits of eating well.

Nutrition is a very large part of my life. I have had type 1 diabetes since I was a young child (over 40 years) and over the years have learned how important nutrition and lifestyle are in the management of my diabetes.

I have raised three wonderful children and enjoy spending time with my family. I am a proud Mimi of 5, soon to be 7 grandchildren. I love animals, sewing, reading and gardening.

I like to think of myself as an optimist and appreciate the gift of every day!
